Book Keeping - Services and Prices

£22 per hour - if I come to your premises.
£17 per hour - if you bring your paperwork to me.

I do not have accountancy software at home so if you need someone to enter data I would need to come to you unless your software has web access. I have worked with Sage and Quickbooks but am quick to pick up new systems if you have a different software supplier.

I am experienced in purchase ledger, bank reconciliation, payroll and subcontractor ledger in both Sage and Quickbooks, also sales ledger in Quickbooks.

If, during data entry, software problems arise, you would need to resolve these using your own software support services. If I am on site and a software problem means I am unable to do the work you require at that time, you will be charged for the time I have spent with a minimum charge of 1hr. For one off visits, payment is required on the day, for regular visits a monthly invoice will be supplied.

If you just need receipts putting in to order and analysing ready to pass to your accountant I can do this from home, you would just need to drop off the paperwork to me and collect it once I have finished. Payment is required on collection. An invoice will be emailed to you when I notify you that the work is completed.

I am very conscientious and will always do the work as quickly as possible to ensure that the cost to you is as low as I can get it without compromising accuracy.

I will not look to carry out work that I am not competent to do.

If at any time I do not feel safe at your property, I will leave.

Cancellations

If an appointment is booked but you are unable to make it, please contact me. If I am not notified and arrive for the appointment, it will still be chargeable. Likewise, if I am waiting to collect documentation at my home from you and you do not turn up, a fee may still be payable.

I do understand however that sometimes things can happen outside of your control. Should the reason be due to a sudden unexpected problem where you were genuinely unable to notify me, the fee can be waived. The fee waiving is at my discretion.
