Confidentiality, Safety and Privacy Policy


I do not disclose or share any of your information with any third party without your explicit consent.


The only exception is if 'A Little Help' was required to do so by law or other regulation.


I am very aware that some of my clients maybe struggling with their mental and or physical health and if I feel that there are concerns I will look to mention them if appropriate. I will not discuss anything you are not comfortable discussing but am mindful of my obligations to you and as obligated by law and I reserve the right to report concerns and seek advice in the appropriate manner via the Devon County Council Safeguarding Hub.


You have a right to access any information that maybe held on a file or computer about you, by A Little Help. Please contact A Little Help in this regard.


If at any time I do not feel safe in your home or premises, I will terminate the appointment.


I will always treat any client with dignity, politeness and respect and I expect that the same courtesy is extended to myself.


If you have concerns about the way your data is (or, is to be) handled please contact me to discuss in the first instance. If you feel that those concerns have not been addressed, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office via their website (www.ico.org.uk) or via 0303 123 1113.

I am committed to keeping your information secure and private. The following policy tells you what information is collected on the website and the use, if any, to which it is put and why.

Browsing

If you simply wish to browse our website, no personal data is directly collected. This website does not use cookies.

Contact Form

When you submit information to us through the contact form it is sent directly to the A Little Help email. No one outside of A Little Help has access to emails.
After responding to the email and resolving the enquiry, the email will be kept for 12 months. Should you request that your emails are deleted before this time, please contact me and I will comply. A Little Help does not contact or share your data with any marketing campaigns or other commercial entity. Emails are retained for the purpose of ensuring ongoing contact as appropriate.

You may request a copy of any information I may hold on you at any time and if any of the information I may hold is incorrect, this will be rectified.

I do not hold any personal / sensitive data on this website.
